The initial cleanup of your house is meant to set our cleaning standard. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and demonstrate where we wish to maintain your home with scheduled follow-ups.
Frequency of Scheduled Visits:
Weekly
–recommended for customers that wish to keep their homes at optimal cleanliness.
This is ideal for busy customers who do not want to do any touch ups between our
visits. Also ideal for pet owners, families, customers with allergy’s, and homes
prone to dust, mold, or pests.
Bi Weekly
–recommended for customers that do not require frequent visits. The customer
will touch up between our visits if necessary.
Monthly
–not recommended for most homes. Bathrooms and kitchens will show obvious signs
of use. Mostly for customers that travel frequently or are seldom home.
Price:
An estimate is not something that can be accurately done without seeing your home.
Relevant factors to pricing a home are pets, number of household members, size, furnishings,
carpet or hard floors, and special requests.
We offer a no obligation home evaluation. We will walk through your home with you and offer an estimate
based on your cleaning needs and frequency of visits desired per month.

the service we offer. We don’t strive to beat out competitors prices by sacrificing the quality of our service.
Therefore, if you are ever unsatisfied, please notify us immediately so we can come back within 48 hours to
correct the problem.

· Cancelations affect our business. We’d like to
avoid charging a cancelation fee, we are very aware that emergencies happen.
Please let us know ahead of time if you will cancel a cleaning and when you
would like to reschedule.
· If you have any special requests we are very
flexible. Just ask us. If it will take up a considerable amount of time, let us
know ahead of time and we will give you an estimate.
· If there is a large gap of time between your
scheduled cleanings, we will spend more time on your home. It’s possible we will
add a fee to make up for the extra time
